Skills Summary

  • Forestry experience throughout northern B.C. since 1987

  • Mountain pine beetle detection and implementation of treatment prescriptions

  • Extensive experience with associated with large multiphase timber development projects with emphasis on timber reconnaissance and cruising, block layout and design (including riparian management and WTP placement) and GPS traversing

  • Stream classification associated with pre-harvest silviculture prescription development/site plans

  • Since 1993, silviculture experience, including extensive survey and post harvest silviculture prescription development for MOF and private clients throughout the Prince George Forest Region

  • Multi-year silviculture planning

  • Supervised juvenile spacing and brushing and weeding

  • Experience with planting implementation for both government and private clients

  • BCTS EMS Certified
